Consultations

Please feel free to contact me by phone or by e-mail where we can briefly chat about what you would like to achieve using hypnotherapy.

I have a home office and you are welcome to come here or alternatively I can come to your house. I would ask though that you have a quiet place where we could work with the minimum of distractions.

At the initial consultation we will have a deeper conversation regarding your goals, motivations and expectations. Initial consultations typically take a lot longer than normal.

If you are then happy to go ahead I will guide you through a hypnotic induction where we will begin the real work!

If you have never been hypnotised before you will find it a fascinating and wonderfully relaxing experience. If you have been hypnotised before (not counting in a stage show!) well then you know that's true.

Its not usual for problems to be resolved or changes to be effected with only one session so I would ask you to bear this in mind when you are considering hypnotherapy, but if you would just like the experience to see if it could be helpful to you then I would be very happy to see you and after that it's entirely your choice!

My fees are;

Initial consultation £40

Subsequent visits £40
